I have already begun fasting, I am 60 hours in at the moment – but I need to make my start post with stats at the start! In this post, I’ll list stats and photos from the evening of 31st July 2024.
MY STATS
- AGE: 33 years old (soon)
- Height: 182 cm (~6ft)
- Weigh: 107.7 kg (237.5 lbs)
- Body fat: ~33% according to my renpho scale
PHOTOS
GOAL STATS
- WEIGH GOAL: ~80 kg (176 kg)
- BODY FAT GOAL: ~10-12%
PURPOSES
- Become healthy and lean for longevity
- Become a good father-figure from the start
- Boost of self-esteem, confidence etc.
- Cut addictions (sugar, binge-eating, nicotine pouch/swedish snus)
- SAVE MONEY!
There’s probably more purposes but these are the one that came to my mind while I write the post!
MY RULES
My first rule is I fast 72h+ at the start. Then the rules I shall follow are like below:
BEFORE EATING, I HAVE TO:
- Have fasted for over 40 hours.
- Have lost at least 1 kg since my lowest weigh-in.
- Question myself if it’s really a good idea to break the fast.
- Read my purposes and reasons, check myself in the mirror.
- Have planned at least 4 hours ahead that I will break the fast.
- Written down WHY I choose to break the fast, before breaking it.
AT REFEEDS, I HAVE TO:
- DRINK 1L SNAKE JUICE (water with salts)
- GET BACK INTO FASTING QUICK AFTER
