Failure is not the opposite of success; it’s part of success. The only real failure is when you stop trying.
The most recent days I wasn’t as focused as I should be. I ate food a few days in a row and didn’t log calories!
It’s not the end of the world however and I’m continuing now and I think it’s easier if I change around habits and remind myself daily on purpose. I’ll report back how that goes in the coming days.
New low
Regardless I may report my newest low, on 8th August my weigh was 104.9 kg.
This morning I was 106.3 kg, I’m quite sure I’ll get back below my low in just a couple of days however.
