Morning weigh-in: 98.35 kg!
Even though I ate a burger, fries and some sauce yesterday, I got down to a new low!
Today I work from home, while I do, I’m listening to Cole Robinson’s most recent videos and streams where he these days pushing OMAD where you can eat whatever you want – as long you only eat once and within about maximum 10-15 minutes. I believe it may very well work, especially if you don’t eat dirty. But I am not doing it because I’d like to lose it as fast I can while I feel that I could do it as well to save more money which I need.
Had some coffee through the morning and around 11 AM when I was 18 hours into my fast, I felt a bit of hunger. The hunger passed after maybe 20-30 minutes.
Later I went out for a walk with my son for an hour, he has been struggling sleeping today.
