Day 2 – December

Morning weigh-in: 100.4 kg I had difficulty falling asleep so I chose to skip the gym in the morning in order to get myself more sleep. Work day, once I got home I had a walk with my son. Not much more to say about the day.

Day 1 – December

Weigh-in at 101.8 kg. It’s a Sunday and I’ve been home all day apart from walking my baby for an hour outdoors. Time is 10 PM and I’m about to sleep. Tomorrow is work day.
